Hmmm...
I have found out that while the regulation submitted passport photo size is indeed 2x2 inches, on the US Passport itself the photo is produced at 1.25x1.75 inches. That being clarified, I have decided to still work within the 2x2 inch boundary since the passport application asks for the photo at that size. I know, picky...picky...picky.

And I thought I was working small at 1/2 ATC or 1 3/4 x 2 1/2. Well, now that I look at it we are about the same aren't we? Well, let's see what you come up with.
